#### What’s Covered
Our warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Should your phone fail due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or, if repair is not possible, replace it.
#### What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- Physical damage (including but not limited to drops, impacts, and cracks).
- Liquid damage of any kind.
- Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Minor scratches or cosmetic issues present at the time of purchase.
- Any damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
Please note that if your device is opened, repaired, or in any way tampered with by anyone other than MidletonIT or an authorized MidletonIT service provider, the warranty will become void immediately.
#### Warranty Claims
To avail of our warranty service, the phone must be returned in the same condition as it was sold. If you encounter any issues with your device, please contact us with your proof of purchase, and we will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Online Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel
You have important rights as a customer when you buy tech products online from MidletonIT. If you change your mind or face problems with your purchase, here's what you need to know.
Cooling-Off Period
You can cancel your online order within 14 days from when you receive your tech product. This is called the "cooling-off period."
How to Get a Refund
If you want to cancel and get a refund, please let us know within the 14-day cooling-off period. You can use our Refund Request Form, or just send us an email with your name, contact info, order number, and why you want a refund.
Returning Products
To get a refund for online tech products, they must be in their original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, and you'll need to include a receipt.
Getting Your Refund
Once we receive your refund request and the product (if needed), we'll check that it's in good shape and comes with a receipt. If everything checks out and it's within 14 days, we'll refund your money.
How Long Does it Take?
We aim to do this within 14 days from getting your return. We'll give you the money back the same way you paid, unless you want something different.
Faulty Products
If you get a faulty product, you can ask for a refund or a replacement within a reasonable time. You'll still need a receipt.
Some Exceptions
Not everything can be refunded for online purchases:
- Custom or personalized stuff. ( This includes hydrogel screen protectors)
- Products that got messed up because of how they were used.

How Long the Warranty Lasts
Our warranty lasts for 90 days starting from the day we finish the repair. Just keep your repair receipt as proof of the service date.
What's Not Covered
There are a few things our warranty doesn't cover:
- Physical damage like cracks, dents, or broken screens.
- Water damage or damage caused by moisture.
- Any accidents, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized tinkering with your device.
- Software problems that aren't directly linked to our repair.
- Viruses, malware, or third-party software issues.
- Data loss or corruption during or after the repair process. Always back up your data!
- Repairs done by unauthorized technicians after we've worked on your device.
- Normal wear and tear on replaced parts.
- Any issues that have nothing to do with our repair work.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your device isn't working as it should under our warranty, here's what to do:

- Show us your repair receipt or invoice.
- Tell us about the problem in detail.
- Bring or send your device to our service center so we can take a look.
What We'll Do
If your warranty claim is valid, we'll do one of these things:

Our Limits of Responsibility
Our warranty only covers the cost of our repair service. We're not responsible for any extra costs or problems that happen because of your device.
