Midleton IT “iPhone 16 Giveaway” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

SPONSOR:

The giveaway is sponsored by Midleton IT, located at Market Green Shopping Centre, Midleton, Co. Cork, Ireland.

ELIGIBILITY:

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Ireland who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Midleton IT, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions made by Midleton IT, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD:

The giveaway start and end dates will be announced on Midleton IT’s social media pages and website. All entries must be received within the giveaway period to be eligible.

HOW TO ENTER:

Two (2) methods of entry:

1. Via Online Purchase: During the giveaway period, each purchase on the Midleton IT website (www.MidletonIT.ie) will automatically grant one (1) entry into the giveaway.

2. Via Mail: Entrants may also enter without a purchase by mailing a handwritten letter with their full name, phone number, and email address to:

• Each envelope must be individually posted.

• Bulk shipments will not be accepted.

• Mail-in entries must be received by the specified end date to be eligible.

PRIZES:

• Grand Prize: An iPhone 16.

• Additional prizes may be announced weekly, including tech accessories or cash prizes.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless specified.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

• Winners will be randomly selected using a randomizer tool.

• Winners will be notified via phone call, text message, and email.

• The winner’s first name and county will be announced on Midleton IT’s social media (e.g., “John in Cork” or “Robert in Dublin”).

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

• Midleton IT reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent activity, dishonesty, or non-compliance with these rules.

• Midleton IT is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

• Any attempt to damage or undermine the operation of the giveaway may result in disqualification and legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Midleton IT and its affiliates from any claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt of any prize.

PRIVACY:

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway. By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name and county for promotional purposes if selected as a winner.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

In the event of a dispute, the decision of Midleton IT is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION:

Midleton IT reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances arise beyond its control.

GOVERNING LAW:

These rules are governed by Irish law. Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
