We offer shipping to Ireland and international locations. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please review the details below to understand your options.
Shipping Carriers
We use An Post for all shipments, providing both tracked and untracked options. For high-value items, such as mobile phones, we exclusively use tracked and insured shipping for your peace of mind and to guarantee delivery.
Shipping Costs
Flat-Rate Shipping: We provide flat-rate shipping on all orders, with the option to choose between tracked and untracked shipping during checkout.
In-Store Collection: You can opt to collect your order from our Midleton store free of charge. Collection is available during our regular business hours.
Delivery Times
Ireland: Orders generally arrive within 1–3 working days. While many orders placed before 12 PM are shipped on the same day, delivery times depend on An Post’s standard delivery schedules.
International: Shipping times vary by country and shipping option. International customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe upon checkout.
Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as public holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing Times
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12 PM (midday) are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Tracking and Insurance
For high-value items, such as mobile phones, we automatically provide tracked and insured shipping. This is to ensure your order is fully protected in transit and that you can track its progress.
For other items, you can select a tracked shipping option at checkout for additional security.
Shipping Liability
Midleton IT takes every measure to ensure your order reaches you safely and in good condition. However, once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Midleton IT is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or customs during international shipping, unless tracked and insured shipping is chosen. We strongly recommend choosing tracked options for peace of mind.
International Shipping and Customs
International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any customs-related delays or fees that arise during international shipping.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at Info@MidletonIT.ie. If you have selected tracked and insured shipping, we will work with An Post to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or offer a refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.
If untracked shipping is chosen, Midleton IT is not liable for lost items, though we will do our best to assist with the issue.
Order Tracking
Customers choosing a tracked shipping option will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at Info@MidletonIT.ie within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
Legal Disclaimer and Limitations
Midleton IT is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or natural disasters.
Once the product has been delivered successfully to the shipping address provided by the customer, Midleton IT is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the item after delivery.
Failure to collect packages from customs or delivery depots within the required timeframes is not Midleton IT's responsibility.
